What a quick and easy way to make veggie dishes and garnishes.
The Julienne Peeler, Cutter and Slicer is an excellent tool to add to
your kitchen or restaurant. If you are a caterer or just like to cook
gourmet style everywhere you go (even camping), then this is for you. I love the quality of this peeler - it's not your average vegetable peeler. I'm wanting to try and replace some pastas and meats from my diet and many of the recipes for eating healthier show shredded and sliced veggies as the main ingredient. This is going to assist me with my journey to healthier eating.
There are four different blades for you to use and switching them around takes only a minute. The cleaning brush is effective for cleaning any food stuck in the blades.
