If you are like my guy and need to feel additional support on your elbows while working out, then I recommend the Men's Compression Elbow Sleeves from Smalets. They are very supportive on your elbows and provide good compression to help with any pain you may have from arthritis or an old injury.  

I love the material they are made out of - High Quality Neoprene - and they come in BLACK.  Neoprene is soft, flexible and absorbent which I think is important not only for comfort but I feel it reduces the risk of chafing.
